Business Development Manager, Paul Johnson, has more than 35 years’ experience in fleet management operations and was previously responsible for delivering efficient, professional and quality customer-focused service. Following his roles at Royal Mail, Hitachi and National Grid, Paul is now an integral part of the AA’s Business Services team supporting our Business customers. Paul works with our key customers on all aspects of fleet management, utilising his vast experience of customer service, data, accident management and SMR and is a regular face on Automotive Industry Panels, Webinars and Conference Speaking.
