At the University of Warwick, Graham has pioneered the introduction of eco-friendly electric fleet vehicles and as a stakeholder in the Department for Transport Low Carbon Vehicle Public Procurement Programme, the University invested in their first all-electric vans in 2012. In 2017, Graham received approval to implement a strategy to transition the University fleet to 100% electric supported with a charging network across the main campus in Coventry. Currently 72% of the Warwick fleet is all-electric and could achieve 100% all-electric by the end of 2025. Graham is also responsible for Sustainable Transport at Warwick and in 2022 implemented a successful Electric Car only Salary Sacrifice Scheme, which has supported many staff in their transition from petrol and diesel to all-electric cars. His leadership and commitment to the electric fleet vehicle space in the UK is shared with many other Universities and organisations who have followed his example
