As senior manager for the Welsh Government Energy Service, Jim oversees work on community renewable energy and zero emission transport.
He has a demonstrable track record of delivering high quality technical advice, training and customer service and organises a range of workshops/stakeholder engagement sessions for local authorities and housing associations.
