Adrian has over 25 years of police fleet management experience, and was head of fleet management at the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS), managing over 4,500 vehicles. 
During his time at the MPS, he was also a member of the National Association of Police Fleet Managers (NAPFM) management committee, Home Office national police vehicle procurement committee and NAPFM technical committee.
After the MPS, he joined the Centre for Automotive Industries Management at Nottingham Business School and has worked with several major public and private sector fleets in advising them on best practices, emerging fleet issues and fleet optimisation.
Projects have included a £28m leasing outsourcing activity, whole life costs analysis to improve vehicle replacement parameters and so reduce fleet costs and advising on fleet strategy.
In 2006, Adrian joined L&A (Now LBA) as a Principal and part of the team developing smart IT systems for fleet and automotive industry applications.
