Henry is Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Policy Adviser for Rochdale Borough Council, responsible for managing the council’s programme of EV Infrastructure projects; from planning charging infrastructure for the Council’s fleet, to procuring residential, destination and en-route chargepoints across the borough.
