The Zero Carbon Oxfordshire Partnership (ZCOP) brings together around 30 organisations across Oxfordshire including local authorities, businesses, anchor institutions and HE providers working towards the shared ambition of a net zero Oxfordshire by 2050 or earlier. 

Transport decarbonisation is a key priority for the partnership. Through its Sustainable Travel Working Group, ZCOP focuses on providing a neutral space for partners to share data, trial outcomes and lessons learned - spanning electric fleet transition and charging infrastructure through to workplace travel initiatives and behaviour change. Recent activity has focused on exploring shared EV charging solutions, better understanding fleet transition barriers, and strengthening the evidence base for sustainable travel to support more informed decision‑making. 

By sharing real world insight and connecting organisations facing similar challenges for practical collaboration, ZCOP helps accelerate progress towards cleaner, more efficient transport across Oxfordshire.
