Dafydd leads on Transport Decarbonisation Policy for Welsh Government. Key projects include developing the transport chapter of Net Zero Wales: Carbon Budget 2 (2021 to 2025) and Carbon Budget 3 (2026-2030), Welsh Government’s EV Charging Strategy, leading for Wales on the Zero Emission Vehicle Mandate, and working with Zemo Partnership on the project to decarbonise commercial vehicles in Wales.
