Transport manager Dean Thomas has been in local government since 1986 and has worked at Cardiff Council for 10 years.
In 2022, Dean took over the responsibility of managing the council’s Central Transport Services (CTS) and this service is responsible for the maintenance and procurement of all the council’s fleet of vehicles (currently this stands at around 1,000).
