Steve has been working for BlueLight Commercial since early 2025 in a role of Specialist Contracts Manager. This role supports the fleet procurement pillar supporting the existing team, providing firsthand experience and knowledge from his time as the Head of Transport Services, Procurement & Contracts with Gloucestershire Constabulary.

Steve brings experience in transitioning emergency services fleet to fully electric having started this with Gloucestershire back in 2021 landing him on the GF top 100. He is now focussed on maximising opportunities for savings throughout the blue light sector.
