In business for over 30 years, Greenergy is an established supplier and distributor of transportation fuels. Supplying around a quarter of the UK’s road fuels, Greenergy is also a leading European manufacturer of biodiesel from wastes, operating plants in the UK and the Netherlands.
Internationally, Greenergy supplies over 15 billion litres of fuel annually to supermarkets, oil companies, fuel wholesalers and retail and commercial customers. It manages fuel supply chains from refinery gates to customer sites – importing, storing, blending and distributing fuel and managing stock levels for customers.
Greenergy supplies a range of renewable fuels including high biodiesel blends and Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO) to help customers reduce their carbon emissions. Greenergy’s high biodiesel blends range from B20 (20% biodiesel) to B100 (100% biodiesel). These blends significantly reduce transport-related emissions compared to conventional diesel, which typically contains no more than 7% biodiesel.
Greenergy’s in-house haulage and logistics operation, Greenergy Flexigrid ('Flexigrid') provides UK-wide haulage to both Greenergy and third-party customers. Operating 24/7 364 days a year, Flexigrid consists of over 600 drivers utilising our fleet of over 200 tractor units and trailer combinations. Flexigrid operates out of 22 depots nationwide making over 200,000 deliveries to 3,211 customers each year.
