Matt is the EV Policy Lead at REcharge UK, the EV forum of the Association for Renewable Energy and Clean Technology (REA). Matt has been actively involved in EV policy for the last three years having previously worked at Drax in among other areas their EV policy. His primary responsibilities lie in accelerating chargepoint deployment and system flexibility while ensuring public charge points can be accessed by and are safe for everyone, as well as speeding up grid connections, and supporting Local Authorities with chargepoint rollout. Matt is also the Secretariat for the EV All Party Parliamentary Group, in charge of bringing to light the concerns of the EV sector to Political decision makers.
