Mark Newberry has been Commercial Director and Sustainability spokesperson for Europcar Mobility Group UK and Ireland since October 2022. A passionate believer in doing the right thing for future sustainability, Mark is a committed EV driver and is spearheading key initiatives at Europcar to enable businesses and individuals transition to electric motoring. Bringing extensive experience across the automotive, insurance and mobility sectors, Mark worked in a variety of commercial roles for the Direct Line Group for 18 years before he joined Europcar. He is also a Trustee of Alvechurch Communities Together, a charity that runs a community cafe and community engagement programmes for those in need. He has a degree in Law from the University of West England and a Diploma in Management from the Open University.
