Richard is a Regional Account Manager for the Energy Saving Trust within the Local Government Support Programme, offering support and advice on EV strategy, procurement and sustainable travel. Richard also works closely with Energy Saving Trust colleagues managing the OZEV on-street residential chargepoint scheme (ORCS) and Local Electric Vehicle Infrastructure scheme (LEVI) and supporting the transition to electric vehicles.
