Eveline Vouillemin is Assistant Programme Manager in the Transport team at Energy Saving Trust, an independent UK-based organisation working to address the climate emergency.

Eveline is focused on electric vehicle adoption for disabled consumers. She has carried out research on the barriers to electric vehicle adoption for disabled consumers, the barriers disabled people face when using EVs, and most recently completed a report on the challenges to implementing the accessible EV charging standard PAS 1899:2022 and is supporting ongoing work to raise awareness of the standard and its implementation.

She is passionate about making electric vehicles and charging infrastructure accessible for all to ensure those with accessibility needs are not left behind in the net zero transition.
