2025 GF Scotland
We spoke to our audience… We heard what they had to say. We reached out to the expert solution providers… They have told us what they want. For a 17th consecutive year, We’re delighted to bring back GREENFLEET Scotland… The event that brings the Scottish fleet community together, allowing them to ‘connect’ with like-minded peers, on the road to e-mobility and decarbonisation. And with it comes the reintroduction of the STRATEGIZE Surgeries… The tried and tested format from our GREENFLEET Live! Event.
Fleet professionals and solution providers will come together for a discussion-focused event designed to help UK fleets devise strategies that will help them along the road to net zero.
As part of our NET ZER0 ROADSHOW series, GREENFLEET Scotland, held in Glasgow, is the place to be this autumn, so make sure you reserve your place now. JOIN US FOR THE STRATEGIZE SURGERY SESSIONS!
The GREENFLEET NET ZER0 ROADSHOW is back in Scotland, and with it comes a format that gives fleet professionals the chance to have in-depth conversations with experts that have the solutions to help them on their journey to net zero.
We begin with a networking breakfast, followed by keynote sessions from the likes of Transport Scotland, SMMT, ChargeUK and Association of Fleet Professionals (AFP). There’s live Q&As, solutions presentations and case studies, with our partners, covering ‘Net Zero Fleet Strategies’, ‘Leasing, Financing & Salary Sacrifice’. We will look at ‘Freight & Commercial Vehicles’, ‘Charging & Infrastructure’ and ‘Telematics & Technology’. Supported by fleet professionals, that have already begun their journey, we will be able to highlight the pitfalls that lie ahead, and the solutions to overcome them!
Following the plenary will be a networking refreshment break, and we will also provide a buffet lunch too. And the main focus of the day will be the STRATEGIZE Surgeries...
We are providing multiple breakout rooms, hosted by independent experts and solutions experts, with each covering a subject that is critical to the successful transition to a cleaner fleet. Delegates get to pick and choose the Surgeries that will be of most use to them, join the group and engage in a 45-minute session, in a relaxed and informative setting.

Completing the day will be the solutions experts – those with the products, services and expertise to assist any fleet, large or small. From devising a strategy for beginners, to full implementation for those already on the journey, we will have it all.
Hosted in the Lomond Suite and President’s Lounge, accommodating the plenary seminar area, plus networking and catering zone, the relaxed surroundings will make for some excellent engagement opportunities for all.
