Oliver is a sustainability-focused transport professional with deep expertise in electric vehicle infrastructure, low-emission mobility, and public sector strategy. Currently an EV Project Officer at Slough Borough Council, Oliver developed and jointly implemented the council’s Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure (EVCI) strategy, funded through the UK government’s LEVI programme. He is the author of key policy documents and funding bids and plays a central role in procurement and stakeholder engagement across the sustainable transport ecosystem.

Oliver previously held business development roles at Cenex and Evenergi, where he helped shape winning proposals and partnerships for decarbonisation and smart mobility projects across local authorities, commercial fleets, and research collaborations. At Cenex, he led on multi-million-pound bids and project managed major exhibitions, forging strong relationships with industry leaders like Shell and Enterprise.

With academic credentials in transport planning, geography, and project management, Oliver brings a well-rounded perspective to the policy, technical, and commercial aspects of sustainable mobility. He is passionate about the role of innovation and public-private cooperation in achieving net-zero transport.
