Matthew established BEAT to help organisations decarbonise through strategy and innovation – including offering a range of digital solutions to help users manage complex operations now, and move to Zero Emission fleets. Prior to BEAT, Matthew established London Fire Brigade’s Zero Emission Fleet Programme and delivered the UK’s first electric powered fire appliance. Matthew continues to support public and private organisations with demanding fleet and charging requirements.
