After a 13 year career with the Ministry of Defence, Richard Marwood joined Transport for Wales as Commercial Contracts Director and 5 years on, is now TfW’s Bus Programme Director.

Beyond logistics and contract structures, Richard handles future-proofing initiatives for TfW. He is currently involved in managing cleaner energy transitions, including a hydrogen bus pathfinder project designed to spearhead the decarbonisation of Wales’s public transport infrastructure.
