Crucially, the Yutong TE7 is officially approved for the Office for Zero Emission Vehicles (OZEV) Plug-in Truck Grant, helping reduce upfront costs and making the transition to electric more accessible for operators. There are two battery options available, offering 100kWh and 132kWh capacity. Customers can also choose between a short, medium or long wheelbase, providing flexibility across a wide range of body types.
The electric technology used in the TE7 is already proven in the UK, with over 1,000 electric Yutong buses and coaches supplied and supported by Pelican using the same core systems.
