With over two decades of experience in logistics, transport operations, and fleet management, Gary currently serves as Head of Fleet Services at Telent Technology Services Limited, where he oversees a fleet of more than 1,250 vehicles. He has led transformative initiatives, including Telent’s Fleet Decarbonisation Strategy and the EV Road to Net Zero program, delivering significant cost savings and sustainability milestones. Under his leadership, Telent has earned prestigious recognitions such as the Fleet News Wellbeing and Inclusivity Award (2023) and multiple RoSPA Gold Fleet Safety Awards.

Previously, Gary has held senior roles in the aviation and utility services sectors, where he introduced continuous improvement programs, streamlined operations, and achieved measurable reductions in costs and incidents. His reputation as a strategic thinker and hands-on leader is complemented by his ability to inspire high-performing teams and drive operational excellence.
