We are delighted to bring you a line-up of experts that are presenting on the day. You will hear from senior people from the Event Hosts, Glasgow City Council, Transport Scotland and the Office for Low Emission Vehicles, on their nation Road to Zero Strategy, together with Scotland Excel and the Crown Commercial Service on the very latest developments in the Fleet, Electric Vehicle and Leasing Frameworks. In terms of the industry, and what it is doing to help combat Air Quality issues, we have the SMMT’s EV Group on-hand to help tell you what’s here and what’s coming.

Anna Richardson

City Convener for Sustainability and Carbon Reduction, Glasgow City Council
Anna Richardson graduated with an MA (hons) in Geography in 2001, and an MSc in Human Resources in 2005, as well as spending several years working in the public sector, in administrative roles.

Andrew Mouat

Principal Officer Carbon Management at Glasgow City Council
Andy Mouat spent 5 years working in consultancy as a specialist before making the move into the public sector and joining the Glasgow City Council Carbon Management team in 2011.

Phil Killingley

Deputy Head, Office for Low Emission Vehicles
Phil has been Deputy Head of the UK Government’s Office for Low Emission Vehicles since 2016, leading teams on OLEV strategy, vehicle incentive schemes, R&D, communications, local authority engagement, and OLEV’s programme office.

Jamie Elliot

Head of Electric Vehicle Charging, ScottishPower
Jamie Elliot is Head of Electric Vehicle Charging at ScottishPower, leading the business’ strategy and delivery for domestic, workplace, fleet and public charging.

Jim Blair

Jim is an automotive professional with 35 years of experience in the vehicle leasing and rental industry.

Jim Graham

Group Risk and Products Director, Arnold Clark Automobiles Ltd
Jim is a chartered accountant who trained in corporate tax at Deloitte in Glasgow before joining Arnold Clark over ten years ago.

Paul Hansen

Head of Devolved Administrations & Partnerships, Crown Commercial Service
Paul is an experienced procurement and business development professional with 30 years service in public sector procurement. 

Grant Montgomery

Category Manager, Scotland Excel
I have worked with Scotland Excel for 10 years and I am now a Category Manager overseeing around 20 contracts covering fleet, roads and environment. This portfolio of framework contracts has an overall contractual value of approximately £1bn.

Sukky Choongh-Campbell

SMMT: Environmental Manager for Air Quality and Ultra Low Emission Vehicles
Sukky Choongh-Campbell graduated from Kings College London in 2010 with an MSc in Environmental Health. She joined SMMT in July 2017 as Environmental Manager for Air Quality and Ultra Low Emission Vehicles.
