Strategic Director, Transport East
Andrew is Strategic Director at Transport East, the Sub-National Transport Body for Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Southend and Thurrock, and is responsible for leading the work programme of the partnership in close collaboration with local authorities, business leaders, LEPs, DfT, National Highways, Network Rail, other STBs across England and wider partners, ensuring the East speaks with a single voice for its transport priorities.

Andrew joined Transport East following five years as Strategy and Planning Manager at Transport for London where he led on London’s cycling and walking strategies. Prior to this, Andrew was Team Leader for Transport Policy and Growth at Hertfordshire County Council.
