How do the ONLINE GREENFLEET Events work?

Pre-pandemic, we built a reputation for delivering highly-focused, well attended events that were delivered in a format designed to put ‘those that need to know’ in direct contact with the experts that can help. Help with Strategy… Forecasting… Implementation… Delivering.

Due to popular demand, 2022 sees us continue with our hugely successful online events, delivered right here, on GF365. The events are designed to help fleet operators make the necessary changes to their ‘fleet DNA’, to accommodate regional air quality restrictions, such as Clean Air Zones, etc. as well as help them on their net zero journey.

The Formats

Upon entering our GF365 platform, delegates can interact with other like-minded professionals in the CHAT function, as well as the speakers themselves, who are very ‘active’ in there too.

Introduced by our GREENFLEET Ambassador and clean fleet specialist, Kate Armitage, we outline the event proceedings, before launching into the Sessions. Each will feature 1 or 2 experts from government (both national and regional), together with industry bodies, all involved due to their knowledge on the very latest in legislation, grants and schemes, solutions, etc.

We will also feature case studies – Key organisations that have already begun their clean fleet implementation strategy, with the results to prove practicality and savings.

At the end of each Session we will invite the experts to join, as one, for a collective chat, discussing issues raised in the Session, as well as answering the questions posted in the Q&A function of the platform, by the delegates.

During each Session we will launch the POLL function, asking key questions to measure the thoughts and impressions of the key people in attendance – The delegates. Answers are then discussed in the Q&A elements and the findings are crucial in helping shape the future of the fleet sector, here in the UK.

The GF365 platform has a HANDOUTS function which will contain an electronic Handbook, featuring the event, the programme, speaker biogs and company profiles. Also in the HANDOUTS area will be brochures, case studies, etc. supplied by the experts involved in the event and available for download.

All GF365 events are recorded and available to view, ON DEMAND, post-show. All the presentations, together with crucial case study, product and solution packs are available for download too.
