Holly has worked in the public sector for over 20 years and joined Crown Commercial Service in 2014 after a long career in Local Government roles involving project management, policy development, neighbourhood management and alternative service delivery models. Holly has experience in developing and delivering procurement solutions for CCS’s Fleet commercial arrangements and working with stakeholders to find commercial solutions for their complex needs.

Policy & Public Affairs Officer, Asthma UK / British Lung Foundation
Rob is Policy and Public Affairs Officer at Asthma UK and British Lung Foundation, working in the Air Quality team. He leads on our work influencing policy across Westminster – including on the Environment Bill and COP26 climate change conference – to ensure that the air we breathe is healthy and clean for everyone. He previously worked for Local Trust, working with residents across England to campaign on issues such as devolution and community power.

Jerry Clarke

Project Manager, Portsmouth International Port
Jerry Clarke has worked at Portsmouth International Port for the past thirty years. He is not only an assistant harbour master and a pilot for ships visiting Portsmouth, but has also driven forward the port’s sustainability agenda as project manager of many of the green developments that have taken place.

Sukky Choongh

Sukky Choongh graduated from Kings College London in 2010 with an MSc in Environmental Health. She joined SMMT in July 2017 as Environmental Manager for Air Quality and Ultra-Low Emission Vehicles.

Dr Darren Handley

Head of Infrastructure Grants, OZEV, Department for Transport
Dr Darren Handley has been with the UK Department for Transport for more than 10 years. He currently runs the infrastructure grants team in the Office for Zero Emission Vehicles which provides grants for homes and workplaces to get electric vehicle charge-points. He started in the Department working in transport security.
