Chris has over 20 years’ experience in the automotive and transport sectors.  He carried out award winning research in to electric vehicle disruption, as part of his Master’s degree in Business Administration, before joining Transport Scotland.

Fergus Worthy

General Manager, CENEX
Fergus Worthy has worked in sustainable mobility for 10 years in the third sector, public sector, and not-for-profit consultancy. Starting out in the industry at Energy Saving Trust in 2010, he worked as Technical Project Manager in the Transport Advice department, specialising in fleet advice and low emission taxis.

Stefano Ferracuti

Strategic Procurement, Scotland Excel
As a procurement professional, Stefano is a member of Scotland Excel's Construction, Transport & Environment Team, with two years experience working with the Scottish local government sector, managing and developing framework agreements for various commodity areas.

Robert Evans

CEO, Cenex
Robert Evans is CEO of Cenex, a not-for-profit consultancy and research organisation with a strategic focus on supporting supply chain and market development for Automated, Electric, Connected and Shared mobility.   

Andy Mouat

Principal Officer – Carbon Management, Glasgow City Council
Andy Mouat spent 5 years working in consultancy as a specialist before making the move into the public sector and joining the Glasgow City Council Carbon Management team in 2011. In 2013 Andy was promoted to the position of Principal Officer – Carbon Management, with the remit of running the Carbon Management Team and achieving the Council’s carbon reduction targets.

Sukky Choongh

Environmental Manager – Air Quality and Ultra Low Emission Vehicles, Society of Motor Manufacturers & Traders (SMMT).
Sukky Choongh graduated from Kings College London in 2010 with an MSc in Environmental Health. She joined SMMT in July 2017 as Environmental Manager for Air Quality and Ultra-Low Emission Vehicles.
