GREENFLEET'S NET ZER0 ROADSHOW and Commercial/Emergency events are attended by highly-targeted fleet decision-makers and delivered in a ‘Meet the Buyer’ format. With the decarbonisation of transport high on the agenda, the fleet sector has a significant role to play as the UK heads toward the ‘ICE Ban’ in 2030 and strives to achieve net zero status.

OUR ‘MEET THE BUYER’ FORMAT

‘Quality time’ with delegates is what any organisation demands from exhibiting at an event… And this is where we deliver, above and beyond. We believe that the traditional exhibition experience, with shell scheme stands and wandering delegates, is dated. The delegates need to talk to experts that can help… Exhibitors need an environment that enables them to shine… To showcase their expertise. With that in mind, we effectively ‘deliver’ them to you.

Sessions: After 120-minutes of keynote presentations and a refreshment break, the delegates then form smaller groups and allocated a chaperone. The chaperone’s job is to deliver their group to a ‘Zone’. The outdoor Zones are for vehicle manufacturers and the delegates gets that crucial ‘Touch, Taste, Feel experience’ with test drives. The indoor Zones feature round-table meetings, with PREMIUM and LITE options available (See below), with the key difference being’ exclusivity’. PREMIUM means the delegates are exclusively yours for the duration of the sessions. LITE means you share the sessions with other LITE exhibitors.
