Mark Pow

Head of Learning & Development, BVRLA
Mark Pow joined the BVRLA in January 2020 as their Head of Learning & Development after 22 years at Europcar, and is responsible for designing, developing and delivering new and innovative learning solutions to support the skills of their members. The BVRLA’s membership covers the Rental, Leasing & Fleet Management sectors, and in 2021 4,864 individuals received formal BVRLA training, reaching a record high for the Association.

Andy Eastlake

Managing Director, Zemo Partnership
Andy Eastlake was a founding member of the Zemo Partnership in 2003 and after serving both on the board and as chair of the members council for many years, was appointed as the Managing Director in April 2012. He was formerly Group Head of Commercial and Projects at Millbrook Proving Ground where he was responsible for all the laboratories and commercial activity and led the work on powertrain test and development programmes and alternative fuels, for a variety of global OEM customers.

Alex Newman

Account Manager, LeasePlan
Alex joined LeasePlan in 2020. With almost 10 years’ experience in the leasing and rental sector, she is a valued member of the Corporate Account team, with a strong customer-focused approach. Away from work, Alex is a family person, and enjoys spending much of her time with her young nieces and nephews.
