This online event offers you the opportunity to make model comparisons between manufacturers and we believe that our products compare favourably, both on paper, on the road and with your drivers.
Kia UK is ahead of the market in terms of Alternative Fuel Vehicle sales, with 10% of total 2019 registrations featuring a Hybrid, Plug-in Hybrid or Fully Electric powertrain.
Kia’s eco-range includes the All-New Soul EV, capable of 280 miles on a single charge, and the Niro family, consisting of the Niro Self-Charging Hybrid, Niro Plug-in Hybrid and the e-Niro. The New e-Niro is one of Kia’s main feature-focussed all-electric models, and with a class leading 282-mile range, it has won 15 awards since its UK launch. The New e-Niro was Best Zero Emission Car at the 2020 Fleet News Awards and won the What Car? Car of the Year in 2019.
In addition to this, other ULEV vehicles in the current line-up are the All-New XCeed PHEV and the Ceed Sportswagon PHEV.
At the start of 2020, Kia Motors announced ‘Plan S’, a new mid- to long-term strategy aimed at progressively establishing a leadership position in the future automotive industry, encompassing electrification and mobility services, as well as connectivity and autonomy. This strategy aims to bring 11 additional EVs to market by 2025 globally across a range of vehicle segments, including the 2021 arrival of a dedicated EV crossover with a range of over 300 miles.
