Matt Bridger, Director of Employment tax & incentives, PwC

Matt Bridger is a Director in PwC's Employment tax and incentives team with over 15 years experience advising clients on all aspects of payroll, benefits, HR, employment and associated tax compliance. Matt has worked across two Big 4 firms in Reward and Employment practices. 

Matt is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and the Chartered Institute of Tax (CIOT) providing a strong understanding of UK legislation and regulatory requirements. In addition, he completed the PRINCEII Foundation and Practitioner level qualifications, all of which give him a strong focus on governance, integrity, processes and controls. Matt has recently been supporting a lot of clients with the various complexities around Electric vehicle salary sacrifice, provider selection criteria, employee comms and payroll process governance.
