28th September

Reading FC Stadium

NEW for 2023… New schedule… New format… Same result – The most comprehensive gathering of UK fleet decarbonisation experts, in the same place, on the same day! The NET ZER0 ROADSHOW is back, but refined and with a format that allows UK fleet, estates, sustainability and HR professionals to pick and choose what they want to attend and engage with, with the ‘STRATEGIZEZero Emission surgeries’. We have pulled together an array of industry experts, across 8 different specialist areas, to help YOU with your net zero fleet strategy, as we head towards 2030.

After 6 highly successful years taking GREENFLEET EVENTS to various regions of the UK, we felt the time was right to condense the number of events, but increase their size… With one overriding theme running through them - #collaboration!

There have been some hugely impressive strides forward over the last half a decade, and we will bring together the experts that are part of those responsible for ‘setting the agenda’, as well as those that have already had success in implementing a strategy to reach the net zero target.

Taking place at Reading FC Stadium, Reading, on 28 September, GREENFLEET SOUTH is the third and final event on the NET ZER0 ROADSHOW, and follows GREENFLEET Scotland on 15 August and SOUTH, in Reading, on 28 September. The idea is to deliver key information from non-biased experts, in the form of a seminar, and then the delegates get to choose what areas of expertise they want to tap into next.

The STRATEGIZE Surgeries will compliment that with up to 8 x different ‘themes’ to choose from. Each ‘surgery’ will operate across 4 x 30-minute slots, with half running from O’Clock – Half Past, while the other half run the opposite (Half Past – O’Clock).

WHY ATTEND?

THE FORMAT

Delegates arrive and are greeted by the GREENFLEET team, where they will be processed and handed the timetable of proceedings, which they can choose from at their leisure.

They begin with a networking breakfast – an informal, relaxed atmosphere, sharing thoughts and ideas over a hot drink, a juice and a pastry. Sponsoring experts will each have a stand allowing the fleet professionals to swing by and have a chat, before the formal programme begins.

We are lining up experts from the likes of Office for Zero Emission Vehicles, Zemo Partnership, SMMT, National Highways, BVRLA and more to be there and available to talk to. Each will deliver thought-provoking presentations in the seminars before we break for refreshments.

They will then join sector experts in the fields of finance, leasing, salary sacrifice, fleet, depot, workplace and on-street charging and infrastructure, commercial vehicles, freight and logistics, telematics and technology and alternative fuels for the STRATEGIZE Surgeries. These intimate 30-minute sessions are designed to offer the collaborative thoughts, guidance and expertise to help any fleet, large or small, on the road to net zero.

In between the surgery sessions, delegates will be free to make their way back to the main suite to engage with other experts, share knowledge and network.

Of course, as with all GREENFLEET EVENTS, everyone is fed’n’watered throughout, so a lovely buffet lunch will be provided for all, allowing delegates to ‘recharge’ before the afternoon surgeries begin. And to complete a great day, we will aim to finish no later than 15.30hrs, meaning everyone gets to get away and leave before the evening rush hour!

With all the expertise and advice in one place, can you and your organisation afford NOT to join us? We think not… So don’t hesitate, check your diary and get yourself registered… It might just be the best business decision you make this year!
